Hiltex Industrial Fabrics Pvt Ltd is a family owned industry located in the city of Kanpur, India. We are a composite textile mill with Spinning, Weaving, Processing, Coating and Laminating facilities. Our factory is spread over forty thousand square yards of land area with a covered area of 60% and balance 40% as lush green gardens area. We focus in making fabrics for industrial and workwear applications for Military and Outdoor use. We employ over 300 highly trained work force.

Our Spinning comprises of Ring Spinning with TFOs to twist yarns in multiple folds and count range from 6s to 80 s in Cotton and 52 Denier Polyester to 1200 Denier Polyester.

We have capability to make special blends in varied fiber types.

We have NuovoPignone Rapier Shuttle-less Looms to weave heavy fabrics and conventional RUTC Looms for making closed selvage fabric.

We also have collaborations with major weaving centers in India to supply us with fabrics woven on Waterjet Looms and Airjet Looms.

Our city has expert workforce trained in Ordnance Factories for stitching Military Tents. We outsource fabricating of tents, bags, tarps etc against specific customer requirements.

Our company follows a Zero Pollution Policy Discharge. It has an elaborate water treatment plant and the treated water is recycled for irrigation and dyeing. We have installed Solar Electricity Generation Systems and contribute in reducing carbon emissions. We also follow rain harvesting techniques for our dyeing operations.

Our Company envisages making NBC Clothing, high altitude clothing suits, Military safety clothing and specialized sleeping systems for extremely cold climates of -40 Degrees Celsius. We are developing infrastructure for this and look forward to technology partnerships.
