At Hiltex, research and development is not a separate department — it is embedded in every stage of our manufacturing process. Our technical team works directly with clients from initial brief through to approved production sample, ensuring that every specification is met precisely.
Our composite mill architecture — with spinning, weaving, dyeing, coating, finishing, printing and stitching under one roof — means we can iterate quickly. A new fibre blend can move from concept to woven grey fabric within weeks, and a new coating formulation can be applied and tested within the same facility on the same day.

- On-site testing laboratory — tensile, tear, waterhead, FR and UV testing to ASTM, EN and ISO standards
- New coating systems — TPO, bio-based PU and low-VOC formulations actively in development

We derive our technical know how and expertise from above sources. We are an approved and major supplier to these two MOD stitching factories and have fully equipped laboratory to carry out in-house testing of fabrics. We are in constant pursuit to adopt latest technology & development of new qualities as per changing needs of our customers.
